This ordering platform is horrendous. I believe I tried 15 times a month ago. I tried my card was maxed, then called my credit card company, got those amounts cleared, then tried multiple times again. I just tried I believe 4 more times, 2 with the desired card, 2 with my personal card. My CC company confirmed I was entering my information correctly, and this issue was with the company handling payment processing. This has delayed my needed repairs significantly, and there was no help available through the dealership, and could not find contact info for the payment processing company. I have never had such a difficult payment process before, and I will never put so much time and effort to do business again. I hope this can be resolved.
